A Deltona couple is accused of attacking a woman in a dispute over an oceanfront parking space. Officials said one of them even fired a round from a gun. Trung Mai and Mythidiem Nguyen were arrested in Daytona Beach Sunday after the incident at Breakers Park.Police say the victim was waiting to pull into a parking space as another vehicle left, when the Nguyen stood in the spot as if to claim it. The victim says Nguyen banged on her hood and door then pushed her when she got out. Police say the victim told them she was suddenly hit in the back from behind and then both Nguyen and Mai started hitting her as she curled on the ground.According to the victim and witnesses, Mai then went to his vehicle, got a gun and fired a shot though no one could say if Mai was actually pointing it at the victim. The suspects were stopped a short distance away. Officials said they were charged with child abuse because they had a child in the car with them.
