Been waiting 45 minutes so far for Tribunal Service to answer the phone! Could have made a cake in that time.

Bake a UC one for Neil Couling. His Twitter feed was full of cakes baked for him by JCP staff all over the UK.

HMCTS have asked that people don’t ring them. Email is certainly far more productive at present.

I’ve been getting fairly quick (and mostly useful) responses from HMCTS via webchat (plus I like having a transcript as there can be no arguments later about what was said).

I have not been able to find the web-chat service on the gov.uk website so if anyone can post the link I would be grateful.

I was due to be called in to a telephone hearing today but it did not happen and I had to use my other mobile to call HMCTS to try to find out what the problem was (not much use emailing in those circumstances)

I was on the line for 41 minutes, (almost as long as it allegedly took Saddam Hussein to prepare weapons of mass destruction!!)

It’s not that easy to find by searching but click on the ‘contact us for help’ link here to use the webchat service
