Parking restrictions were lifted in New Orleans Thursday after heavy rain moved through the area.Heavy rain could cause street flooding in the city. NOLA Ready encourages residents to move vehicles to neutral grounds and sidewalks, but to not block intersections, streetcar tracks or bike paths.
