JTC has completed the acquisition of Sanne’s private client business, which was announced in March.
The acquisition expands JTC’s presence in Jersey, with Sanne’s clients and staff from the private client services business transferring to JTC as part of the transaction.
The deal forms part of JTC’s ongoing growth strategy, with the company continuing to see opportunities for organic and inorganic growth across its institutional and private client services divisions.
JTC CEO Nigel Le Quesne (pictured) said: “This acquisition will allow us to further expand our private client business, and specifically our well established Jersey office."
He added that the firm would ensure "a positive and seamless transition for clients and new colleagues”.
