A Little Rebellion in the Idaho State House

Members of the Idaho House made history this week when they gathered in Boise and attempted to convene themselves into session to discuss what most citizens feel are unconstitutional and illegal orders given by Governor Brad Little.
They needed 36 members to convene a quorum and gathered not-quite-half that many. Instead of passing a concurrent resolution putting an end to Governor Little’s Covid 19(84) orders, they passed a proclamation, read by Rep. Vito Barbieri.
In response to this little rebellion, Governor Brad Little has put the state on an addition 2 weeks of Stage 4 lockdown. Do you think he was unhappy at these 15 house members?
That is what is generally believed, therefore, they need to do this again. They need to call themselves into session and actually take a vote. They need to get everyone on the record as to who they are supporting!
The brave Representatives that showed up in Boise included: Representatives Judy Boyle, Christi Zito, Ron Mendive, Heather Scott, Tony Wisniewski, Terry Gestrin, Tammy Nichols, Dorothy Moon , Priscilla Giddings, Tim Remington, Chad Christenson, Vito Barbieri, Brent Crane, Mike Kingsley, and Paul Sheppard.
This is a definitive list of which legislators are taking their oaths seriously and representing the people that elected them.
So, who did not attend this historic meeting, and why didn’t they?
Look at the map below. Just counting the House members, and discounting all Democrats, as we already know their reasons for standing against the Constitution, let’s see who did NOT attend.

Each of these representatives need to be asked why they could not go and represent their districts. If they disagreed with the resolution, they would have had their chance to vote against it. Instead, they ignored the will of the people and showed their true colors as members of the establishment and not in favor of liberty.

Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting
under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or
privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include
acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within their
lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that
official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is
purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her
official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of
this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law
enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public
health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is
not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race,
color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of
the victim.
The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life
term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the
crime, and the resulting injury, if any.
TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242
Citizens time to stand up…NOW! I just sent emails to a number of those that didn’t show up advising them that they do not truly represent the people. By not even going to Boise I would not vote for them ever again and that I would actively support their next opponentnt.
Rep. Dixon went to Boise the week prior to collude with establishment. He has played the political game. And as the chair of the Business Committee, he cannot even stand for businesses??? Shameful.
Sadly, it appears that there are 40 RINO’s in the midst. 🙁
