Disneyland Resort and California Adventure in Anaheim are closing their gates beginning March 14 through the end of the month.

Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida closed its doors on March 16 through the end of the month, with the hotel resorts set to close on March 20 to allow guests time to make travel arrangements.

SeaWorld is closing all three theme parks in Orlando, San Diego, and San Antonio as of March 16 through the end of the month. The company will continue to pay staff to care for the animals.

Nickelodeon Universe at Mall of America in Minnesota is closing from March 18 until the end of the month. Retailers within the mall are also limiting their open hours or closing temporarily.

The Louvre, the world's largest art museum, is closed because of concerns about the coronavirus. There are over a thousand confirmed cases in France as of Tuesday.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York is closing on March 13 until further notice. New York state has at least 950 confirmed cases as of Tuesday, with 463 in New York City.

Over in Italy, all museums are officially closed until at least April 3 to prevent further spread of the coronavirus. The entire country is in quarantine, with nearly 28,000 cases and 2,158 deaths as of Tuesday.

As of March 12, all the state-run museums in Madrid are closed until further notice, including the Prado. As of March 17, Spain has at least 11,279 confirmed cases and 499 deaths.
The Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation in Detroit is closed until at least April 5, when it will re-assess the need to remain closed.
