Comcast Opens New Xfinity Store in Woodinville

New Store is Part of a $4 Million Brick and Mortar Retail Investment in Washington

Comcast opened a new Xfinity retail store in Woodinville this week as part of a more than $4 million brick and mortar retail investment in Washington. The company has been transforming its retail centers across Washington to make the customer experience better and more convenient.

Customers at the new Xfinity store in Woodinville will find a welcoming and modern retail environment that highlights the complete line of Xfinity Home and Comcast Business technology offerings, including Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity X1, Xfinity Home and Xfinity Internet.

“Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience in every interaction. That starts with conveniently located stores,” said Vicky Oxley, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Comcast Washington. “Customers want to enhance their internet, entertainment and technology experiences – at home, in their business or on the go. They now have another great location to find the right solution.”

The new Xfinity store is the latest example of the company’s investment made in Washington state. Comcast invested approximately $2 billion in its network technology and infrastructure statewide in the past six years. Comcast has 20 Xfinity retail locations throughout Washington and employs approximately 4,500 people across the state.

Located at 13930 NE 178th Place, Suite 102, Woodinville, WA, the 2,582 square foot store offers Comcast’s industry-leading consumer product products and services. The Xfinity store in Woodinville is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is staffed by trained technology specialists who can help customers get the most value from their products, like personalizing, managing and controlling their home WiFi experience with Xfinity xFi.

For local businesses interested in utilizing the latest in internet and technology solutions, the stores will also have a dedicated space for Comcast Business customers and prospects to discuss their business technology needs with an expert.

Customers can also visit the store to upgrade or swap equipment, ask questions about their Xfinity service or pay a bill. Comcast has built or redesigned more than 400 new stores since 2015.
