Susie Crowder has been appointed Director of Human Capital at Grant Thornton Channel Islands.
Susie brings to the new role broad experience in organisational design and redesign, human capital planning and performance-focused people strategy development.
She has over the past decade chaired the Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Group in Guernsey, served as an NED for businesses including C5 Alliance and UBS, and held top-level positions in a variety of other Channel Islands organisations.
Susie still holds board positions for Nexus Technology, Guernsey's Social Investment Commission and Bright Futures LBG.
