Collas Crill Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) Michael Evans has been sworn in as a Jersey Advocate in the Royal Court.
As part of the first cohort of two swearing-in ceremonies for new qualifiers, Michael was one of five to be recognised on 5 December, following completion of exams in June.
Michael joined Collas Crill in September from Carey Olsen, where he served as Counsel in the Jersey office for a year and a half. During his 12-year career he has also worked in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East, including almost four years in Dubai with Clifford Chance.
He qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales (currently non-practising) in March 2005, and in Ireland as a solicitor in summer 2014.
