The publishers of Businesslife have appointed a new Editor-in-Chief to the magazine. Jon Watkins (pictured) will take up the role on 2 January 2020. He replaces Eila Madden, who is moving on to pursue new projects.
Jon is well known to the Businesslife team and its readers, having been a regular contributor to the magazine for the past three years. He has been a financial journalist for nearly 20 years, during which time he has worked with investment and financial services brands including UBS, Zurich, BlackRock, Experian, the Institute of Financial Services and EY.
Jon has worked for a variety of content marketing agencies and also in-house at Lloyd's of London, the world's biggest insurance market. Most recently, he led the Business and Luxury Brands division at SevenC3.

We look forward to welcoming Jon to the team in what will be a busy and transformational year as we launch our new publication into the Asia marketplace.”

Jon, who is based in London, will be working closely with Eila and the rest of the BL team over the next month to ensure a smooth transition.
