Following the merger of Active Group and Optimus Group last year, the Guernsey-based compliance, risk and business advisory specialist has announced a rebrand.
The group, formerly known as Active Optimus, has become the Aspida Group, based on the Greek word for ‘shield’ – which has been used to create a new logo and website.
Joint Chairman Wayne Bulpitt commented: “The focus of our business is to help clients define, mitigate and manage risk while they focus on the development of their business.
"Our new name reflects the shielding of our compliance and risk management solutions, and our brand colour reflects the role of business advisory and hosting services in helping businesses establish and grow.”
A new vision and set of corporate values has been created for the group to reflect its role as a one-stop adviser for businesses looking to establish in the Channel Islands and Malta, as well as in other jurisdictions. The group currently operates from Guernsey, London, Malta, Jersey, Isle of Man and Cyprus.
