Estelle Martinson has been named as the new Head of Client Experience for Standard Bank Jersey.
Estelle relocates to Jersey from South Africa, where she has spent the past 15 years working for the bank. She moves from Standard Bank Africa Regions' digital team, where she has served as client experience lead for the customer onboarding journey team.
As well as South Africa, Estelle has worked in the Philippines, Malawi and Swaziland across a range of sectors over a 30-year career. She is trained in innovation, design and sustainability and holds a degree in biomimicry, as well as qualifications in client experience and service design.
