How to Use a Line Level

BRAD PENNINGTON: Hey guys, how are you? So a few notes of point when you're actually embedding a four by four posts or building a structure, you're going to need a line level, also known as a spirit level or bubble level.

So between posts every six to four to eight feet, you'll get a little level. It goes on the front in the middle of this line run at taught from post to post and level everything through. If you don't have that and you start attaching your picket fences or your perpendicular posts, everything is going to get out of whack. Set your level at multiple intervals and take multiple readings for the most accurate results.

Use those techniques. You'll have a nice little fancy fence or structure that you'd like to build at home.
