Take note way to log in HDChina site:

1) Open Telegram (if not registered, then do it, otherwise not possible to log in your account).
2) Open channel @hdchina_group_bot
3) Follow their guidances. Most important is to click this bot link "Letmelogin" --> tg://bot_command?command=letmelogin&bot=hdchina_group_b ot

Once opened site you can read two important messages by staff:

Due to a hard disk issue, our server was shutdown yesterday morning. We contacted our service provider to replace a hard disk for us to avoid destructive issues in the future but eventually the process took longer time than we expected.
