What a privilege it is to be a part of this great community. As long-time city residents and Montana natives we have found Bozeman to be a place that has become impossible to leave. We enjoy the quality of life, safety, beauty and energy that this university town offers. Because of this, we look for leaders who are motivated, conscientious and ready to serve Bozeman. We were encouraged to hear that Michael Wallner is running for City Commission and have given him our full support.

Wallner has a strong educational background with a Ph.D. in public policy and administration. He has gained a national perspective as an economic research leader at MSU TechLink. He has also shown a commitment to service through activities like advising Chris Mehl and Carson Taylor, serving on the Bozeman Historic Preservation Board, and volunteering as a community development specialist, to name a few.

All of these experiences will be huge assets to the City Commission and will ultimately benefit all of us. We have firsthand experience with his excellent work ethic, boundless energy, and deep concern for the well-being of our community. We can count on him to give his best in service to this city.
