Il Cappero, the eagerly anticipated new Italian restaurant in the Lansdowne Town Center, hopes to open within the next few weeks — by late May if all the finishing touches go smoothly.
And the owner has given us a sneak peek at the menu, filled with all types of Italian goodness. This includes a chimichurri shrimp appetizer and a gnocchi with creamy red sauce and buffalo mozz, which will be the first items that The Burn orders. (See full menu at bottom.)
The former Not Your Average Joe’s space has gotten a facelift. New artwork, new brickwork, new light fixtures. And many of the booths have been removed and replaced with tables, creating a more open feel.

The menu looks good, but the seating looks incredibly uncomfortable.
