Ogier appoints to Jersey Dispute Resolution team

eloise-layzellAdvocate Eloise Layzell has joined Ogier's Dispute Resolution team in Jersey as a Senior Associate.

Eloise joins from Lacey Advocates in Jersey, where she has practised for almost six years. Before that, she spent five years at Mourant.

Eloise specialises in contentious regulatory matters, having previously advised the Jersey Financial Services Commission on a long-running case.

She was called to the English Bar in 2005 and subsequently qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2009.  

Ogier now has eight Jersey Advocates in its Disputes team, which is led by Partners Nick Williams, Edward Mackereth and Oliver Passmore. Eloise's arrival follows that of Advocate Damian Evans at the start of the year, and the promotion to Associate of Matthew Davies.
