— Cary High School defensive tackle Davin Vann has picked up several offers in recent weeks.

The 6-foot-2, 265-pound rising senior received an offer from Miami University in Ohio on Monday, his latest offer. This list continues to grow for Vann though.

Last week, Army offered Vann, his sixth offer at the time. Previously, Vann had received offers from Akron, Central Michigan, Liberty, Massachusetts and Navy.

Vann recorded 79 tackles last season for the Imps, including 25 tackles for a loss. He also posted 12 sacks, three fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles.

A multi-sport athlete, Vann won the 4A individual wrestling state championship last month in the 285-pound weight class.

Cary posted a 4-7 overall record last season, including a 1-4 mark in the Tri-6 4A Conference.
