Injury Update: Round 1

Raiders back Michael Oldfield will miss the opening round of the season, after picking up a groin injury at training last week.

Oldfield will be assessed weekly, with a hope of returning within the next 2-4 weeks. 

Jordan Rapana continues his rehabilitation and has started to do some light training with the main NRL squad. He is still scheduled for a return mid-season. 

Joey Leilua (hamstring) and John Bateman (sidestrain) are back to full fitness and will play in the Raiders season opener on Sunday against the Titans.

INJURY: Groin
EXPECTED RETURN: Round 2-4
NOTE: Oldfield picked up a groin injury at training last week and will miss 2-4 weeks. 

NAME: Jordan Rapana
INJURY: Shoulder
EXPECTED RETURN: Indefinite
NOTE: Rapana continues to recover from shoulder surgery
