Corporate, fund and private wealth specialist Carey and the funds team at law firm Carey Olsen have advised Vietnam Holding on its migration from Cayman to Guernsey as part of the fund’s progression from AIM to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
In conjunction with the fund company migration, fund manager Dynam Capital has also migrated to Guernsey, assisted by Carey and Carey Olsen.
Carey acts as administrator, company secretary and sponsor to The International Stock Exchange (TISE) for the fund’s migration, as well as its Main Market listing and TISE listing, and provides ongoing administration services to the fund.
Carey Head of Funds Services Mark Vidamour is also appointed as local Director to Dynam.
Carey Olsen Partner Ben Morgan led the Guernsey legal team advising the fund and was assisted by James Cooke.
