Halstead has announced that Matthew Leone, formerly chief marketing office for Terra Holdings, has joined Halstead exclusively as its chief brand and marketing officer, a new position in which he will continue to oversee marketing and further expand the firm’s brand activities in a dedicated capacity. Terra Holdings is the parent company of Halstead.
“In this competitive environment, it is essential to have a leader guiding the evolution of Halstead’s brand and marketing strategy, ensuring we continuously differentiate ourselves with a fresh initiatives, design, technology and storytelling,” says Diane M. Ramirez, chairman and CEO of Halstead. “Matt has been a force and champion for Halstead’s brand in the 13 years he has worked for Terra Holdings, most recently leading two firms simultaneously through successful and comprehensive rebrands, among countless other important initiatives and partnerships, such as our exclusive affiliation with the Yankees. We are proud that he will be exclusively at the helm of Halstead’s marketing division as we look toward the future.”
Leone will oversee a robust and talented Brand Team whose exclusivity to Halstead will enable an increased presence across all the firm’s offices. Joining Leone and the Brand Team is Al Delaney, who previously served as both Halstead and Brown Harris Stevens’ creative director, and will now be solely dedicated to Halstead.
“Halstead’s Brand Team will be even more committed to a hands-on approach to servicing agents across all our offices in a custom capacity,” says Leone. “Their work will also be complemented by a growing suite of self-service products for agents which will launch in the coming weeks. The idea and design goal for the brand moving forward is to think unconventionally to make our agents, listings and the firm stand out.”
“We are so excited to have Matt leading our marketing strategy at Halstead and are confident that his new role and truly innovative approach will help take our brand to even greater heights,” Ramirez says.
