TonTon shows off the molding and coloring detail of Greenlight, a retool and repaint of Power of the Primes Deluxe Class Moonracer and Novastar. As such, Greenlight retains the combiner limb functionality first established with the Combiner Wars line. She can become an arm or leg for any Combiner Wars or Power of the Primes compatible Voyager Class combiner torso. TonTon demonstrates the conversion of Greenlight from Cybertronian car to robot, along with how to configure her for arm and leg mode. Dazlestrike is a repaint of SIEGE Battle Master Lionizer, featuring new green paint apps, and a new orange fire slash effect (differently sculpted from Lionizer's blue sword slashing effect). Greenlight also comes with the "Prime Armor" accessory that Power of the Primes Deluxe Class figures all featured. This piece can become a hand for arm mode, be used as chest armor in robot mode, or configured in other imaginative ways to form an additional weapon or shield. Greenlight doesn't come with any other dedicated weapon accessories, like the guns that came with her mold-mates Moonracer and Novastar.
Of course, TonTon also gives us a few size comparisons for Greenlight in both vehicle mode and robot mode. Of note, we can see that SIEGE Deluxe Class Chromia is a bit shorter in robot mode than Greenlight (and presumably Moonracer and Novastar). Even better, though, we get another teaser of SIEGE Deluxe Class Ironhide, who appears to be substantially taller and bulkier than Greenlight in robot mode, meaning that Ironhide may indeed be a larger than usual Deluxe Class figure in this line, further confirming that Hasbro and Takara Tomy are taking robot mode scale very seriously in War for Cybertron: SIEGE. Take a look at the video below and enjoy!
Are you excited for this upcoming special release in the War for Cybertron: SIEGE line? We seem to be one step closer now to completing a combiner entirely consisting of characters from Elita One's team from the original G1 cartoon episode "The Search for Alpha Trion." Tell us what you think of this exclusive offering from Hasbro in the comments below, and keep tuned to Seibertron.com for the latest news on all things Transformers!

And while I'm here. I picked up both Leaders this week. I've been pining for Magnus since he was revealed. Love him!
Really liking all the armor bits on Shockwave too. Adds a nice new fun dimension of play.
I'm also really liking all the sculpted techno greeble. Gives a nice Vector Prime vibe.

It may be they aren't supposed to come off (after all, they don't use 5mm or 3mm ports), but it's odd they'd put 7 holes on something attached to 3 pegs. My only other thought is that they might intend to reuse the tread piece in other figures where the treads might be placed differently.

Here's 1 guess on the 7 holes vs 3 pegs, I wonder if they use the same tread part for Brunt, but they attach using the center 3 holes instead of the 3 holes on one side or the other for Cog.
Edit: After a further look, that notch means there is a left tread and a right one, so the mystery continues, but I still suspect they may re-use this for Brunt and that is why the extra holes are there.

The treads on Brunt's thighs look very similar to the ones on Cog's lower legs, but they don't look like the same piece to me.

But shockwave is Voyager sized. Sightly shorter than Megatron so he's still in scale.

So, this may just be a case of Hasbro simplifying their assembly line by using two of the same piece rather than creating two different, specialized pieces. There'd be no worry about factory workers swapping the left and right pieces because they're fully identical, and why bother gluing down pieces on a figure that's supposed to be disassembled?
Edit: Crap, I see what you mean about the notch. I am baffled then.

Those 7 holes seem to correspond to the tread rollers molded into the other side. Its possible that is a byproduct of how the part is cast? Eother that or like was suggested, the part is shared with Brunt and the holes are vedtigal for that use.
On another note: On one of the CW Stunticon HFGs, the one with the 2 toes, has a center peg and two tiny little pegs sticking out at the bottom of each toe? Yeah, that center peg fits the Siege Blast effect. I keep meaning to snap a pic. The gun for C× Brawl also looks like it might take the Firedrive blast.

We also see the figure carrying two weapons. If you recall, these are the same weapons as the black blasters that came with Siege Ultra Magnus, which seem to carry over it's coloration. This makes sense, since those weapons were very similar to the leg mounted guns on Cybertron Optimus' super mode.
So, thoughts on this figure? Tell us in the Pub forums down below!

If you paint the armor parts black and white, and slap them on the Ultra Magnus Prime it could make for a cool IDW Nova/Nemisis Prime custom...
On that note am I the only one that wished they used POTP to release figures for Primes that don't have Proper figures like Sentinel and Nova. I didn't expect them to do the Thirteen(they should get there own line that focuses primarily on them and there conflicts, no modern bots). I can't wait to see what else we get in this trilogy. I hope we get war for Cybertron inspired Dinobots at some point, those were probably the best designs they've ever gotten.

As far as I can remember, at least one version of Unicron Trilogy Optimus (the original Armada design I think) was on a poll to see which Convoy would get a new Masterpiece figure, and Star Saber ended up winning. Other than that, I don't remember Cybertron/Galaxy Force Optimus specifically being in a fan poll.
I never owned the original Cybertron Optimus, and I was going to avoid most of the Seige line, but I am impressed with this new Optimus and may even swap out the Power of the Primes Leader for this one on my main Autobot display. It would also be great if that Cybertron Defense Hot Shot from the Hound mould happens at some point, because that's another figure I never had.

Back in 2013... Here are the final results:
11th Fortress Maximus (The Headmasters)
10th Grand Convoy (Superlink/Energon)
9th Lio Convoy (Beast Wars II)
8th Big Convoy (Beast Wars Neo)
7th Galaxy Convoy (Galaxy Force/Cybertron)
6th Beast Wars Convoy (Optimus Primal)
5th Super Fire Convoy (Car Robots/Robots in Disguise)
4th Dai Atlas (Zone)
3rd Super Ginrai (Super God Masterforce)
2nd Micron Densetsu Convoy (Armada)
1st Star Saber (Victory)

Fate repeats here, awesomely enough. I want Siege Ultra Magnus and Cybertron Optimus Prime, and guess what! A retool of Siege Magnus appears as Cybertron Optimus. I mean, like, having an OG Cybertron Optimus Prime would be amazing, this will still be a great substitute, and Cybertron Optimus Primes are expensive. And Siege Magnus I can still get, but I'll wait till a few months from now when it'll eventually go on clearance, assuming I have money at that moment, of course.
It's just interesting how the same thing that happened, like, 3 years ago is happening again.

Thought so, thanks. Kind of defeats the point of the polls if they will take whatever ones they want to from it (albeit not MP). Even six years later I doubt Galaxy Force Prime would have reached higher than 7th today if polled again. In spite of a handful from that list already finding a new toy in the standard and/or MP line.
As Rodimus Prime alluded to earlier, should SIEGE in fact be commemorating the G1 anniversary (as they seem to do every other year ) Wouldn't it be nice if Part Two and Three were commemorative of Other Transformers series? For example, next year is the 20th anniversary of Car Robots/RiD (in Japan) How about that being the basis of WFC Part Two?

I think it was a pick they realized they could make work really well with the UM armoring system. Plus Cybertron Prime and his huge guns certainly go nicely with the line.

Why? Wouldn't tooling um vehicle mode to resemble rid um be an odd pick? Giving hound Cybertron defense hot shots head be an odd choice? Warden didn't pick Cybertron Prime because of that poll from so long ago. As to why they choose Cybertron Prime, well they had a cab and armour... So they thought, well what Primes have super armour, and went from there.

I wasn't into collecting during the Cybertron era, and I've always loved the design for Galaxy Convoy, even if it is a bit exessive. (I mean look at those GUNS!) So getting a version of the design is amazing. Not only that, but this came entirely out of left field. Until we knew there was going to be a Leader Prime from UM, almost nobody could have predicted this, not in a million years. I was honestly thinking it was going to be ANOTHER Powermaster Prime.
Needless to say, I'm glad I was wrong.
also, I don't mind not getting the news credit, I was just currious if anybody had already mentioned it and reported it to the news crew.

What do you call the Amazon-exclusive PotP Nemesis Prime, then?
Also, the TR Sentinel Prime figure is exactly why there wasn't one in PotP
Frankly, I'm more disappointed by the number of Prime Masters (the guys the line was named for and who were its unifying gimmick) that got relegated to being exclusives with no Decoy Armor.

Nah, the Prime Masters were the Pretenders pulling double duty. As I recall theirbsculpts were closer to the Pretender Inner Robots. Those dont count in my book.

If you sre ever interested in circling back around, track down the Cyb Crosswise mold. In my top 3 favorite toys even still. Transformatiin is somewhat intricate but not hard, the deployable missile launcehers in both modes are cool without being obtrusive, and its got a cool integrated shield, plus a gun thst can also serve as a jetpack. And it looks sick in black with the turquise clear.

So the arm kibble isn't detachable? I thought it would partsform. So either it DOES and is part of the "small alt mode" so he has less chunk in the trunk than UM or it doesn't and ends up as fake parts at the back of the tractor's cabine.
