Philippe Coutinho knew things at Barcelona were going to be tough.
And the former Liverpool midfielder's prediction about leaving Anfield is already coming true.
The Brazilian forced through a move to the Camp Nou in January 2018 after Liverpool had rejected three bids from Barcelona for his services the previous summer.
Coutinho was determined to move to the Catalan giants - despite himself predicting that he would become "just another player" at the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.

"Stay here and they will end up building a statue in your honour," he said in May 2017.
"Go somewhere else, to Barcelona, to Bayern Munich, to Real Madrid, and you will be just another player. Here you can be something more."
Coutinho has struggled to impose himself on Barcelona's first choice XI and was recently told by boss Ernesto Valverde to fight for his place.
The 26-year-old scored his first goal since October on Thursday night as Barca lost to Levante in the Copa del Rey.
"When you do not play and you are not happy, you have to fight to change the situation. Today was a match for that," Valverde said following the game.
"Coutinho is a great player who has given us a lot and will give us a lot."
