Video: Brandon Sanders Ultimate Highlights Junior highlights of Jefferson Davis 3-star wide receiver Brandon Sanders.
Jefferson Davis (Montgomery, Ala.) 3-star wide receiver
Brandon Sanders was coming off big-time junior campaign and the offers were coming in. He was starting to get the spotlight as one of the top wide receivers from the state of Alabama. Then on the first day of spring practice entering his senior season it all changed.
He was running a slant and suffered a torn ACL, forcing him to miss his entire senior campaign. He started to hear less and less from college coaches. The interest simply was not coming anymore. The colleges that had offered him moved on.
But, that hasn't stopped Davis from working diligently to get to the level he was at in 2017. The scary thing is he's actually stronger than he was during his junior season when he had over 1,000 yards receiving averaging nearly 20 yards per reception.
"After missing my senior year I feel as if I have a point to prove and I am coming back 20-times stronger than before," Sanders said.
His highlights speak for itself.
He has the size, speed, hands, and route running to be a playmaker at the next level. He put in the work after his junior season and never got a chance to prove it during his senior campaign because of the injury but that hasn't stopped him from getting better each day as National Signing Day approaches.
All he wants is an opportunity and if any coach gives him that chance you can expect a big-time playmaker with a relentless work ethic.
