Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue. 11:50 a.m.

Officers investigated a two car non-injury crash at Marion Road and Beal Avenue. 1:16 p.m.

A motorist was given a verbal warning for manner of driving at Sandusky and Southern avenues. 4:46 p.m. 

Officers assisted a semi driver around the parade route. 5:12 p.m. 

Officers spoke to a man at the Police Department about a civil issue. 5:21 p.m. 

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of Hall Avenue. 7:13 p.m.

A report of an unwanted intoxicated male at a residence in the 900 block of Whetstone Street was investigated. He had left before officers arrived. 10 p.m.

INCIDENTS

Officers responded to an alarm in the 700 block of Tiffin Street. It was the janitorial service. 12:08 a.m.

A report of an assault at the Horseshoe Bar is under investigation. 12:49 a.m. 

Officers mediated a domestic issue in the Wilbur Street area. 2:04 a.m. 

Officers investigated an open line 911 call at Bucyrus Estates. All was quiet. 2:16 a.m.

A resident in the 2000 block of East Mansfield reported people going into the woods behind her home. 5:50 a.m. 

Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street. 8:30 a.m. 

Officers spoke to a woman at the police department about a domestic issue. 9:07 a.m. 

Officers assisted in a residential lockout in the 100 block of Gaius Street. 9:36 a.m.

A false alarm was received in the 800 block of South Walnut Street. 9:59 a.m. 

Officers assisted with traffic control at Sandusky and Charles for a 5K run. 10:02 a.m.

Officers investigated a hit-skip crash in the 1700 block of Marion Road. 11:41 a.m. 

Officers took a report from a victim of a scam in the 500 block of Rogers Street. 12:54 p.m. 

Officers investigated a crash where a vehicle struck a building in the 300 block of Blicke Street. The driver was issued a citation. 1:46 p.m. 

Officers investigated a report of a suspicious man in the 200 block of South Sandusky. 2 p.m.

An injury crash in the 1800 block of Marion Road near the entrance to the Church of the Nazarene was investigated. Both vehicles were disabled and towed from the scene. 3:05 p.m. 

A domestic disturbance in the 300 block of East Warren Street was investigated. 3:33 p.m. 

A purse found at Walmart was brought to the police department for safekeeping. 3:56 p.m.

Officers attempted to serve a warrant on Pleasant Lane. 4:36 p.m.

A disturbance in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive was investigated. 4:43 p.m.

A domestic disturbance in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive was investigated. 5:27 p.m.

A verbal warning for loud music was issued in the 800 block of South Highland Avenue. 5:49 p.m. 

A resident in the 300 block of W. Mansfield Street reported a cell phone stolen. The matter was actually a civil issue and a summons was served to the complainant for a charge from another previous matter. 7:49 p.m. 

ARRESTS

Officer investigated a report of drug paraphernalia found in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue. A 34-year-old Bucyrus woman was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. She is being held pending a court appearance. A 46-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released pending a court appearance. 10:17 a.m. 

Traffic stop was made in the 1200 block of High Street. A 28-year-old woman was arrested on a child support warrant out of Crawford County. She was cited for driving under suspension and she was issued a court date and released. The vehicle owner was issued a citation for wrongful entrustment. 10:06 p.m.

Sunday

INCIDENTS

Officers conducted a welfare check on a male lying in a vehicle at Suburban Lanes, 900 block of Hopley Avenue. He was resting and was avoiding a dispute at his residence.12:01 a.m. 

A report of a male being assaulted on Washington Square is under investigation. There was a separate altercation and those subjects dispersed.12:36 a.m.

A report of a suspicious male in the Wiley Street area was investigated. The subject was involved in an altercation on Washington Square and was assisted with an escort to his residence on Failor Street.1:41 a.m. 

Officers assisted a state trooper in the 100 block of South Poplar Street. 2:43 a.m. 

Officers responded to a report of a domestic argument and it was actually a breaking and entering complaint in the 700 block of Wilbur Street that is under investigation. 4:01 a.m.

A parking ticket was issued in the 200 block of West Charles Street for 48-hour parking. 8 a.m.

Officers checked the 1200 block of Ohio Drive regarding a 911 open line. Everything was OK. 9:14 a.m.

Officers investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of East Liberty Street. 9:57 a.m. 

Officers checked the 200 block of Whetstone Street after a report of kids playing in the street. 11:03 a.m. 

A resident in the 300 block of Songer Avenue was warned about loud music. 11:24 a.m.

Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.11:28 a.m.

Officers spoke to a woman regarding a crash that happened in town the previous evening.12:26 p.m.

Officers did a civil standby in the 900 block of Rogers Street. 12:40 p.m.

Officers investigated a verbal domestic dispute in the 100 block of River Street. One of the people involved left the area.12:50 p.m.

A traffic citation for driving under suspension was issued in the 1800 block of Marion Road. 4:33 p.m. 

Officers stood by for a civil property exchange in the 500 block of Union Street. 4:41 p.m.

Officers checked on a reportedly suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street, stopped with the engine and lights on for a long time. Two people were sitting in the vehicle, talking. 6:06 p.m. 

A resident in the 800 block of East Mansfield Street reported some rings stolen from her residence by someone she knows. 6:48 p.m. 

A report of a couple inside Taco Bell acting suspiciously was investigated. 7:43 p.m. 

A traffic citation for failure to reinstate operator’s license was issued in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. 9:33 p.m. 

A resident in the 800 block of Beverly Drive reported someone throwing something at her window. 9:48 p.m. 

A disturbance in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue was an argument about a parking issue and a menacing threat.10:13 p.m. 

Officers checked around the home of a Home Circle Drive resident who had heard noises outside.11:09 p.m.

ARRESTS

Officers investigated a domestic complaint in the 500 block of Union Ave. A 30-year-old woman was arrested on a traffic warrant out of Crawford County. She was issued a date to appear in court and released and she left the area of the domestic argument.1:47 a.m. 

Officers checked on the welfare of a pedestrian stumbling in and out of the roadway on East Southern Avenue. A 47-year-old man was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication.  He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober. 6:29 p.m.

INCIDENTS

A report of two men standing in the parking lot at Suburban Lanes was investigated. 12:04 a.m. 

A report of three suspicious men walking around Ridgewood Senior Villas was investigated. 12:17 a.m.

Officers responded to an alarm at Oakwood Cemetery and a breaking and entering at Oakwood Cemetery maintenance building.12:54 a.m.

A report of a stolen vehicle in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue was unfounded. 2 a.m. 

A report of possible vandalism in the area of Charles and Sandusky was unfounded. It was wooden barricades from the parade. 5:50 a.m.
