MARION - The following restaurant inspections with critical violations were conducted by Marion Public Health between Nov. 6 and 7.

  • OK Café, 734 E. Center St., Marion, Nov. 6. Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required (critical, corrected during inspection).
  • Prospect American Legion, 308 S. Main St., Prospect, Nov. 6. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (critical, corrected during inspection).
  • Little Caesars 443, 1275 Mt. Vernon Ave., Marion, Nov. 7, standard and process review inspection. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (critical, corrected during inspection).
  • Steak 'N Shake 430, 2081 Marion-Mt. Gilead Road, Marion, Nov. 7. Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency (critical, corrected during inspection). Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean (critical, corrected during inspection). TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature (critical, corrected during inspection). Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (critical, corrected during inspection).
