Most Wanted for week of Nov. 12

MANSFIELD - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is looking for four offenders this week.

Andre Powell, 26, is wanted on a burglary charge. He has ties to the Mansfield area.

Powell is 5 feet, 8 inches and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Hillary Brooks, 26, is being sought on an aggravated burglary charge. She has ties to Mansfield.

Brooks is 5 feet and weighs 145 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

Marvin Powell, 47, is wanted on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender, as well as a parole violation on a rape charge.

Powell, who has ties to Mansfield, is 5-8 and 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Quartiz Mitchell, 30, is being sought on a charge of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. He has ties to Canton and Columbus.

Mitchell is 6 feet and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
