MIAMI — Llorente & Cuenca has unveiled a restructuring of its global leadership, with six of the firm's leaders taking on new roles from January, 2019.

In addition, Latin America has been reorganized into three regions (North, Andean and South regions), each with its own management, finance and talent structure.

The six PR pros taking on new roles are as follows:

Luisa García, partner and COO of Latin America, will become MD for Spain and Portugal, alongside Arturo Pinedo. She moves to Madrid after 16 years in Latin America and will report to José Antonio Llorente, LL&C founding partner and chairman.

Current Spain/Portugal partner and MD Goyo Panadero moves to a new position as MD of talent and innovation, based in Madrid. He will also report to Llorente.

In Latin America, Adolfo Corujo will become MD of marketing and business development, a newly-created role that reports to Llorente.

Luis Miguel Peña will combine his current position as MD of Peru with that of MD of the new Andean region (Peru, Ecuador and Colombia), based in Lima, reporting to Americas CEO Alejandro Romero.

Juan Carlos Gozzer becomes the new MD of the Latin American South region (Brazil, Argentina and Chile), based in Sao Paulo, also reporting to Romero.

Finally, Javier Rosado remains in Panama as MD of the Latin American North region, which includes Mexico, Panama and the Dominican Republic; he will also report to Romero.
