The Disney Vacation Club members-only website is scheduled to be down for a 12 hour period this weekend.
All password-protected features of the DVC website will be unavailable from 9:00pm on Sunday, November 11 through 9:00am on Monday, November 12, 2018. Unspecified "behind the scenes maintenance" is the reason given for the planned outage.
Among the features that will be disabled are the ability to view point balances, view current reservations, add/modify/cancel existing reservations, loan balances, annual dues balances and other features unique to the member's online account.
Note that the outage extends one hour into the normal booking time for November 12. Reservations subject to the 7/11 month booking windows are typically available online beginning at 8:00am eastern on a daily basis. This extended outage means that those reservations may be delayed until at least 9:00am or whenever access to the site is restored.
Also note that DVC member accounting is scheduled to be closed from 3:20pm to 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 13.
