Ciara Wilson tapped Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms to appear in her music video for her latest single “Dose”. The new single is a follow-up to CiCi’s #1 Youtube hit “Level Up”.
The 32-year-old R&B singer posted a short video clip on her Instagram page showing the mayor attending her Pep Rally as a marching band plays in the background.
CiCi wears a black one-leg unitard with B&W boots in the music video that was shot in a high school gymnasium in Atlanta.
Mayor Lance Bottoms, 48, wears fitted jeans and a throwback FAMU jersey to honor her alma mater.
“What’s really exciting is that the Mayor of Atlanta Keisha Lance Bottoms is here,” Ciara says in the video clip. She captioned her video:
“It was a huge honor to have the Mayor of Atlanta @KeishaBottoms join me at the Pep Rally in my Dose Video! She is truly A Groundbreaking Woman!”
“Dose” officially premieres on Youtube.com on Thursday, Oct. 25.
