LUMBERTON - It appears a Burlington County woman who spoke up about a disturbing Facebook message she received may have stopped a school shooter hundreds of miles away.

Koeberle Bull of Lumberton called 911 after a hate-filled rant popped up on her Facebook page Wednesday morning.

"(He was) basically repeating himself about hoping my children would die and be hung because they're black. It was definitely racially motivated, 'you and your monkey children' and using the 'n' word a lot,"  Bull told WKYT in Lexington, Ky

Bull didn't know the man, later identified as Dylan Jarrell, and after posting the message, he blocked her account, she said.

But friends who were able to see his Facebook page told her he lived in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.

That's when Bull decided to call authorities in Kentucky: "Something in the back of my head was like this isn't right, like something's not sitting well," she told WKYT.

That call might have saved lives.

Kentucky State Police told reporters the 20-year-old was pulling out of his driveway with hundreds of rounds of ammunition and a detailed plan of attack on two school districts.

"He was caught backing out of his driveway with the tools he needed to commit this heinous act," state police commissioner Richard Sanders said.

Investigators discovered a firearm, more than 200 rounds of ammunition, a Kevlar vest, a 100-round high capacity magazine and a detailed plan of attack in Jarrell's possession during a search, according to reports.

Students in Anderson County, Kentucky where the threats were made, returned to school on Monday.
