With Ohio State's loss, Michigan football becomes Big Ten leader

Just when you thought Michigan football's Saturday couldn't get any sweeter, it did. Oh boy, it did.

Hours after the Wolverines dumped rival Michigan State, 21-7, its other Big Ten rival, Ohio State, went on the road and was dominated by Purdue, 49-20

The Buckeyes' loss means the Wolverines are the lone team undefeated in Big Ten Conference play, and puts them atop the Big Ten East division
