A Mantua man who is already in prison for molesting children at a Delaware rink is accused of another crime — molesting a teenager in 2013 at the Pro Shop at Hollydell Ice Rink.

Scott J. Bicking was the co-owner of the pro shop at Hollydell, an ice hockey and figure skating rink in Washington Township.

Bicking, now 52, was sentenced by a Delaware Superior Court judge in 2015 to 4½ years in prison for molesting boys at the Newark, Del., ice arena that he previously co-owned.

According to a new criminal complaint, the Washington Township Police Department received a report in September that Bicking had aggravated sexual contact with a minor at the Pro Shop at Hollydell in 2013.

An affidavit of probable cause obtained by the Courier-Post said the victim, then 16, alleged Bicking grabbed his genitals and buttocks repeatedly, and placed his hands inside the victim's pants. The victim first reported the allegations to Washington Township Police in August, according to the affidavit.

In the Delaware case, Bicking pleaded no contest to three charges of unlawful sexual contact in connection with allegations he assaulted several boys at The Pond ice arena. At the time of his arrest, he was part-owner of that arena and owned the pro shop there. None of the 2015 charges were related to any incidents at Hollydell or its pro shop.

Anyone with information on the charges against Bicking or questions regarding the ongoing investigation is urged to contact Washington Township police Capt. Ken Kennedy at kjkennedy@pd.twp.washington.nj.us or Lt. Chris Pelosi at cjpelosi@pd.twp.washington.nj.us.
