Earlier this year SteelSeries announced some new gaming headsets and if you’re in the market for newer models, then you might be interested to learn that SteelSeries has since announced an upgraded version of the Arctis 3. This particular model will feature both wired and wireless connectivity options.

This means that in the event that you might prefer a wired connection, or if your device doesn’t support wireless headsets (like the Nintendo Switch), you will be able to switch back and forth. According to SteelSeries, the Arctis 3 will feature improvements that can be found on some of the company’s other 2019 headsets.

“The new headsets feature a variety of improvements stemming from user feedback, including bolstered memory foam in the ear cushions, a simplified cable system, and extended bass response. The Arctis 3 Bluetooth also includes all the best features of the original line such as the Discord-certified ClearCast noise canceling microphone, the exclusive ski goggle suspension headband system and Airweave athletics-inspired performance fabric ear cushions.”

The Arctis 3 will also play nicely with various devices like the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, mobile, and also virtual reality devices. In terms of pricing, the Arctis 3 will be priced at $80 and is available for purchase via SteelSeries’ website.
