Bed manufacturer Harrison Spinks has appointed integrated marketing agency Brass to deliver its first ever B2C campaign.

A Leeds-based family business founded in 1840, Harrison Spinks makes beds and mattresses, supplying to retailers such as John Lewis, Dreams and Furniture Village.

Brass has been briefed to create and produce a TV advertisement, in addition to both online and offline assets such as press ads and digital display.

Esme Westmoreland, head of marketing at Harrison Spinks, said: “We’re really looking forward to working with Brass to deliver our first consumer marketing campaign. We have almost 180 years of experience making really brilliant beds, but up until now we’ve been one of the industry’s best kept secrets! This is a really exciting time for Harrison Spinks as we work to raise consumer awareness of our brand. We chose to work with Brass as we felt like the creative campaign they devised was the most impactful way to tell our story and would really stick in the customers’ mind.”

Gill Ball, managing partner at Brass, added: “We’re really excited to get started on our work with such an innovative brand. Harrison Spinks has an inspirational vision and we’re looking forward to driving their marketing in a new direction.”

Based in Leeds, Brass works with clients including Hammonds, Arco, Fleetcor and Leeds Beckett University.
