Tom Fitton: Without Strzok, Page, McCabe, The Dossier, You Wouldn’t Have A Mueller Investigation, Time To Hold Mueller Accountable

13

Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, spoke to Fox News’s Harris Faulkner about the most recently released Strzok/Page texts. He makes the point that “without Strzok, Page, McCabe, or the dossier, you wouldn’t have a Mueller investigation.”

In this case, you had the leadership of the FBI who thought they could get away with illegally targeting a candidate for the president of the United States. McCabe’s been fired. Comey’s been fired. Mr. Strzok’s been fired. And frankly, what I think needs to be done is we need to hold Mr. Mueller accountable for what went on here because these are the cops that made Mueller’s case. Without Strzok, without Page, without this illicit activity related to the DNC dossier, without the illegal targeting of Carter Page in my view, you wouldn’t have a Mueller investigation. And so, any other prosecution marred by this misconduct of the investigators would be shut down.

Truer words have never been spoken. All of the major players in this story have been discredited. The dossier has been discredited. Since when does the government open up a special counsel investigation targeting the President based on unproven claims made by his political opponent?

Story continues below advertisement

If all of the individuals who initiated this fraud have been fired, and the dossier has been found to be complete fiction, then what does Mueller have left?  There is nothing to support the case. This is a corrupt investigation, originated by the misconduct of Obama administration officials who wanted to target Donald Trump.

Fitton says the FBI and the DOJ are covering up for Mueller by holding back the documents. He said that Judicial Watch is suing for materials and the FBI is telling them not to expect them until at least 2020.

At the very least, Fitton says Trump must declassify the FISA warrant applications that were behind this.

The texts messages between Strzok and Page that were released this week just add to the tremendous amount of evidence that demonstrate the collusion case against Trump is bogus. We already know they’re guilty of trying to undermine Trump’s presidential campaign and once he was elected, his presidency. Do we really need any more proof that these people were corrupt? If I were to bake a cake, and all of my ingredients were poisonous, how could the cake possibly be safe to eat? If all of the elements of Mueller’s investigation are poisonous, how can the investigation be legitimate?

Immediately after the mid-term elections, Sessions’ resignation will be accepted.

At the same time, Rosenstein’s resignation will be accepted.

The new acting attorney general will fire Mueller and his team of social justice warriors.

I only regret that Trump is waiting – this should have been done months ago.

NOPE! No resignation! A resignation implies that they chose to leave. Resigning keeps their “benefits”. FIRE THEM!!!!!!!!!

It should be pointed out that as a former Director of the FBI, and with the relevant players in this scandal being his former employees, Mueller is as conflicted as the rest of this cast of characters, if not more so. You know, the Director who missed the signals on 9/11, Ft. Hood, and the Boston Marathon bombing?

With this type of skullduggery afoot you expect me to give up my guns? The Second Amendment was not written for the convenience of deer hunters. It addresses tyranny.

“The Second Amendment was not written for the convenience of deer hunters. It addresses tyranny.”

Good post, Drew, indeed our Constitutional Republic is under attack by the likes of the Democrats and the so-called leftist progressives. The tenets of the above are anti-Constitutional, anti-Republic and ar doing their utmost to cause not merely the downfall of the President but the entirety of the nation. Mueller is, as mentioned, within the boundaries of a conflict of interest; however, the cards are stacked, marked against the Constitution in this case and others. Mueller and others above or below him of this treachery are enabled by the inner-sanctum, the Democrats, their players, Soros, Obama, Clinton(s) etc., the DOJ and other agencies. Mueller is a certifiable traitor as is his cast of overlords and acolytes… not to discount the MSM.

On the way out of this investigation and shutting it down please HANG Robert “Mugabe” Mueller on the way out. This will stun the Demoncraps into submission and admission and shut this communist leftist organization down for good.

Strike while the iron is hot!

They have ripped off the American people long enough and caused excessive hardship on the commons, purloined their wealth, and made their sound Constitution WORTHLESS.

In my opinion more than enough information has come to light to justify President Trump firing Robert Mueller and putting an end to his “witch hunt” investigation. Doing so would not constitute obstruction of justice, it would be upholding the rule of law.

Maybe AG Sessions needs a refresher on US Law….

Seditious Conspiracy ……….is TREASON!

18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 – TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/part-I/chapter-115

18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious conspiracy

law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2384

US Code

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

…………Soooo, WTF is AG Sessions doing?

I have said from the beginning: How on earth can we have such a expensive, broad, extensive and time- consuming investigation based ONLY on a fictitious event?

Fitton makes some obvious but great points… points that should be obvious to any objective observer… fake dossier, Comey and so many other clowns discredited… the basis of this whole investigation has evaporated… why is he continuing to search for something that Trump or anybody associated with the Trump campaign can be nailed for? While overlooking some obvious crimes he should be looking into? I can think of only two reasons… either the republicans are spineless and gutless idiots or they are part of the swamp. They need to call in Sessions and company and make them justify why an investigation started on false pretenses for something that was not a crime should be allowed to continue.
