Worth noting
- Centennial has scored only seven points in 10 quarters of play against Jensen Beach over the past three seasons. The Eagles lost 45-0 and 46-0 in 2015 and 2016, and last year’s game was tied at 7 when play was suspended after halftime because of weather.
- Counting the preseason kickoff classic, Centennial's defense has allowed one touchdown in eight quarters.
- Jensen Beach is trying for the program's first 2-0 start. Centennial started 3-0-1 last season, and has been 2-0 only four times in 20 previous seasons — 1998, 2000, 2003 and 2007.
- Centennial QB Blayne Watkins threw two touchdown passes last week.
