Roundup: Coshocton golfers not slowing down

NEW PHILADELPHIA - The beat rolled on for Coshocton's golf team.

Gage Gamertsfelder and Mason Waycaster shot 1-over-par 37s to lead the Redskins to a 156-160 win against host New Philadelphia on Monday at Oak Shadows.

Clay Davis and Logan Desender added 41s for Coshocton, which remained unbeaten in dual matches and improved to 57-5 overall.

Dakota Wright and Carter Begue shot 39 and Grant Daniels 40 for New Philadelphia.

Girls Golf

Garaway 173, Ridgewood 211: Jocelyn Troyer shot 1-under-par 35 to lead the host Pirates, who earned an Inter-Valley Conference win at Willandale.

Leigh Ann Williams added 42 and Helena Immel and Mikayla Weaver had 48 for Garaway.

Sadie Wilson's 48 paced the Generals, which also saw Lexi Zimmer shoot 50, Hallie Reed 55 and Sydney Matis 58.
