Motorcyclist seriously injured in Vineland collision

Vineland Police are investigating an Aug. 20, 2018 collision at Main Road and Adams  Avenue that sent a motorcyclist to Cooper University Hospital with multiple  injuries.

VINELAND - A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a collision with a car on Main Road, just north of Landis Avenue, about 4:30 p.m. Monday.

Officers are on the scene investigating. The  southbound lane, near Adams Avenue, was closed while the city's Emergency Medical Service tended to the rider's multiple injuries. The Kawasaki wreckage scattered across the road after it collided with the driver's side of the car.

Vineland firefighters set up a landing zone on Vineland Development Center for Cooper University Hospital helicopter.
