MANSFIELD - The Richland County division of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is seeking four people in this week's "Most Wanted."

Lisa Hernandez, 39, is wanted on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Hernandez is 5 feet 7 inches and 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She has ties to Mansfield and the state of Iowa.

David Fields, 40, is wanted on a domestic violence charge and a parole violation on an original burglary charge.

Fields, who is bald, is 6 feet 2 inches and 230 pounds with blue eyes. He has ties to Mansfield and Bucyrus.

Kiley Kershner, 33, is wanted on a domestic violence charge.

Kershner is 5 feet 7 inches and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has ties to Mansfield.

Joshawa Webb, 39, is wanted on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.

Webb, who is bald, is 6 feet 3 inches and 240 pounds with brown eyes. He has ties to Mansfield.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of any of these fugitives is asked to call the task force at 419-774-3565 or 1-866-4-WANTED.
