This Week: Car Festival, Golf Outing, and Pancake Breakfast

St. Francis Festival Car Show

From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on August 18th, the St. Francis Festival Car Show will be coming to Granville street. All makes and models welcome and Dash Plaque will be given to the first 25 cars. Live entertainment, kid's games, and a casino are just a few of the featured actives.

Pancake Breakfast at Newark-Heath Airport

Come to the Newark-Heath airport from 8 a.m. to noon on August 18th for some pancakes and an up-close view of the planes. After enjoying a meal of hotcakes, eggs, sausage and coffee, take a stroll around the airport to check out the display of vintage, classic, home-built, and certificated aircrafts and custom cars.

All displays are free and open to the public. Breakfast will cost $6 per person and $3 for children under the age of 12.

Zach Shelton and 64 To Grayson performs live

Contemporary Christian gospel and country band, Zach Shelton and 64 To Grayson, will be performing live at Northside Church of Christ this weekend. Last January, 64 To Grayson released their newest album “Between the Pews” and have been touring Ohio and surrounding state since. 

Admission is free, but donations are encouraged.

LC Historical Society's 6th Annual Golf Outing

The Licking County Historical Society will be hosting its 6th annual golf outing fundraiser at the Moundbuilders Country Club on August 20th. In addition to a round of golf, admission cost will include a boxed lunch from Let Me Do It! Catering, two drink tickets, dinner provided by Moundbuilders, and a raffle ticket for chance to win a few prizes. 

This event costs $80 per person or $320 for foursome-team. Tee off begins at 1 p.m.
