Baez allegedly approached a 17-year-old girl walking in the rain at Williamstown and Sicklerville Roads about 4:40 p.m. Tuesday. The girl told police he asked her repeatedly if she needed a ride.

When she eventually got into the car Baez allegedly locked the doors, police said.

Baez is accused of touching the girl in the genital area over her pants, police said.

When he started to pull the vehicle over, the teen fled and called police, according to authorities.

Minutes later, Baez allegedly asked a 16-year-old girl repeatedly if she needed a ride, driving alongside of her slowly until he finally gave up, police said.

The girl saw police coming to the area and reported the incident to them, authorities said.

Baez and the Maxima were located on High Meadows Drive, police said.
