NEW YORK — With health sector business on the upswing, Finn Partners has expanded its health practice’s capabilities with hires and promotions across four offices to meet growing client needs.

Dawn Crowley has joined the agency in Detroit — a new position — leading integrated marketing communications work for health care and regional clients. She joins most recently from Comcast Spotlight, where she supported health care initiatives and marketing efforts.

Alexander Borisov (pictured) also joins as partner, albeit in Finn’s Washington office, where he will serve as  Beltway point-person to the health community – including patient groups, health tech companies, medical institutions and federal agencies. He most recently was a Clyde Group senior advisor.

Meanwhile, Goel Jasper has been upped to managing partner from senior partner in Finn’s Jerusalem office. And in New York, Olivia Mullane has been promoted to partner from group VP, reflecting the continued growth in the New York health group, said Gil Bashe, the firm’s managing partner of global health.

Bashe, however, said the staff changes reflect growth across the global practice, as individuals across offices collaborate on client service.

“Health is a global concern and ideas and innovations move quickly from clinical hub centers into clinical practice,” Bashe said. “Our reach enables us to be close to major medical centers, health insurers, patient groups and government agencies.”
