A report of a vehicle entered in the 500 block of Forest Hills Court. Nothing was found missing. 8:15 a.m.

A report of a barking dog in the 1400 block of East Southern Avenue was taken. 9:10 a.m.

Officers investigated a report of theft by deception in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street. 9:16 a.m.

A verbal warning was given to a bicyclist for no lights on his bicycle in the area of East Mansfield Street. 10:42 p.m.

A resident in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street reported being harassed by another female. 11:17 p.m.

Officers assisted a female in the 400 block of East Irving Street who was needing a  place to stay for the night. 11:21 p.m.

ARRESTS

A 39-year-old man was arrested in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street on charges of resisting arrest, obstruction and aggravated menacing. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center pending a court appearance. 7:09 p.m.
