11 bit studios has released the next free update to Frostpunk, adding in the ability to name your fleshy meat sacks or emotionless metal overlords. Buildings have been updated to be a bit more visually distinct and have more variation between the same type.

Whenever I see more of this game, I feel some regret that I haven’t gotten around to grabbing it yet. It looks like a fascinating world and idea, and I like the visuals and survival concepts. The full change log can be found here if you’re interested in the other tweaks the developer has made.
