I see an impending clearance issue in that illustration.

I wonder if it would be "out of sight out of mind"? cos I trip over the damned thing every day in the small workshop I'm looking for an alternative storage solution, especially when I can't get folks to respond even with an "I can't make it" message for the Meet up.

It's my topic I'll wander as much as I like smiling smiley I'm becoming a bit sick of making tracks to the water trough for horses that don't want to drink. Nil desperadum.

We have a saying in Wales "I'll do it now, in a minute", which is the equivalent of the Cornish "Dreckly", both equate to mañana, but without the urgency, you'll get used to it. spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

I took Welsh lessons in the 80s , never learned that one. Please give it to me, I would like to use it often!

As far as I know it's only used in English, I'll check with our next door neighbours, who are Welsh speaking, and see if there is a Welsh equivalent.

I had a round tuit once, can’t seem to find it now. That dog looks pretty bummed out his Master stole his abode.

Hello,
Maybe not the best way to use dog-house as a garage for classic, micro-car, but... I would like to have bothe of them, dog included!
Here are attached a few more photos of that less-known cyclecar, the first version was with electric power and the second, something more stylish had gasoline engine!
That was the beginning of the later famous DKW company (motorcycles and automobiles, always two-stroke engines)...
Rhys, an inspiration for your once planned re-creation of cyclecar from old original parts, combined with DIY and imagination?

Ciao,
Zoran

Hey Rhys....my solution for storage.....build a bigger barn.
I hear ya on that path to the watering hole. We see that all
to often, where a promotor puts a bunch of effort into securing
a venue and then three or four show up.
Just got back from a 3,000 mile trip out west for the Huntsville
rodeo and had a blast. I now truly understand how much one must
like this sport to travel long distances just to follow a bunch of like
minded old duffers around some city streets. I gotta hand it to you
and Mike for coming half way round the globe just to make the
gathering at Tieton.
I wasn't ready for Tieton, but I don't see how you could better
Kelly's Huntsville event. Wonderful little town set in the middle
of snow capped mountains, makes you feel like you're in the
Swiss Alps.
Save your pennies and bring one of your creations across the
pond next year. If this pandemic subsides and things open up
2022 should be the biggest and best gathering of Cyclekarts
for years to come.

Lotsof pennies Denny, I checked yesterday. Airfare to Salt Lake close to £900 , minimal baggage. Too much for my pension to cope with unfortunately.

I could start a crowdfund and all the guys on here could put in a dollar or a pound that might get me, Mike and Barney there! (In jest)
