Felony court sentencings for July 22, 2018

The following people were sentenced recently in Richland County Common Pleas Court:

Antwaun D. Cobb, 29, two years in prison for two counts of possession of a deadly weapon under detention

Michael Sowers, 48, six months in prison and forfeiture of shotgun for possessing criminal tools

Leroy Alcorn, 29, one year in prison for assault

Cody Lemaster, 30, 544 Bailey Drive, two years probation for aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine

Eugene A. Holmes, 39, 48 Douglas Ave., Apt. 1, 2½ years probation and $40 in restitution for possession of cocaine

Frank Konczak, 59, Oakdale Drive, 2½ years probation, a $2,000 fine and $728 in restitution for failure to stop after accident resulting in serious physical harm/injury or death

Elisha N. Welch, 20, Delaware, Ohio, three years probation, and $550 in restitution

Danny L. Brown Jr., 20, 565 W. Fourth St., a $1,000 fine and forfeiture of 9mm pistol for misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon with a forfeiture specification

Tranese M. Jackson, 23, Akron, three years probation and a $750 fine for illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility

John P. Lugo, 44, Shelby, one year in prison and a $500 fine for escape

Lyric S. Borders, 21, 377 Jennings Ave., two years probation and a $350 fine for obstructing official business

Demontre R. Johnson, 32, Pensacola, Florida, six months in prison for identity fraud and misdemeanor counts of falsification and criminal simulation

Kenneth Scott, 32, Polk, six months in prison for aggravated possession of drugs

Ashley N. Kanz, 31, 447 Cline Ave., Apt. 7, 11 months in prison, $40 in restitution and forfeiture of $262.50 for aggravated possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification

Mark A. Beard, 24, 241 Parkway Drive, two years probation and a $500 fine for forgery and identity fraud

Steven D. Bishop Jr., 39, 88 Smith Ave., two years probation and restitution of $3,850.73 for nonsupport of dependents

Jarvis J. Fountain, 31, 548 Gruber Ave., three years probation and a $750 fine for attempt to commit felonious assault

Brandon M. Cole, 30, Shiloh, three years probation for escape

Sharif R. Mallett, 42, Columbus, three years probation and a $500 fine for possession of heroin and tampering with evidence

Roger F. Schlupp III, 31, 543 Mansfield-Lucas Road, two years probation, a $300 fine and $40 in restitution for aggravated possession of drugs

Jenna T. Schroeder, 29, Mentor, nine months in prison for failure to comply with order or signal of police officer; two years probation for possession of cocaine and misdemeanor resisting arrest

Lacario Taylor, 25, 11 months in prison and $40 in restitution for trafficking in heroin and trafficking in a counterfeit controlled substance
