Adama Diakhaby: Huddersfield sign Monaco midfielder on three-year deal

Huddersfield have signed French midfielder Adama Diakhaby from Monaco on a three-year contract.
Diakhaby, who has been capped for France at under-21 level, can play on either wing or as a central attacking midfielder and scored two goals in 22 Ligue 1 appearances for Monaco.
The Premier League side have the option to extend his deal by a further year.
"He is a very hungry young footballer with a strong desire to succeed in England," said boss David Wagner.
"Obviously he is still learning and improving at 22 years old, but he already has many of the qualities that we look for in our attacking players.
"He's a direct player who is comfortable with the ball at his feet and with genuine pace, which suits our style perfectly."

Slagging off town fans as glory supporters. When did you as a Man U fan follow your club in the lower leagues to Hartlepool... Carlisle... Yeovil (no disrespect to these wonderful traditional clubs)?

As a Villa fan, I probably shouldn't, but I also kind of hope Wolves do well this season...and even though they beat us in the final, I would like Fulham to do well.

Correct me if you feel the need but your owners are from across the pond I believe. Only a few years ago you also wanted the Glazers out. Now, correct me again if you will but tinpot owners from the good old US of A or a local man done good who always supported the club from being a boy. Know who I'd rather have.

Global appeal is great. You have millions of fans in hundreds of countries who support Man U.
