Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) called Republican Dan Coats’ statement after Helsinki a “FU” from the American intelligence community and today’s arrest of Russian national Maria Butina a “FU” from the Justice Department.
Dear @realDonaldTrump: This statement from Republican Dan Coats is a FU to you from the American intelligence community.
Also, the arrest of Russian national Maria Butina today is a FU to you from the US @TheJusticeDept.
Have a nice day. https://t.co/eolnaYatfy

After Trump’s disastrous “TraitorTrump hashtag inducing press conference during which he sided with Russia against his own United States intelligence community’s knowledge that Russia not only hacked the 2016 election but are continuing their act of war on the United States even now, DNI Dan Coats, a Republican, put out a statement warning that Russia is still attacking us.
“We have been clear in our assessments of Russian meddling in the 2016 election and their ongoing, pervasive efforts to undermine our democracy,†the director, Dan Coats, said in a statement.
Russian woman Maria Butina was arrested Monday in Washington and charged with conspiracy to act as an agent of the Russian government while developing ties with U.S. citizens and infiltrating political groups, the U.S. Justice Department said.
Those are the two actions taken that Rep. Lieu is calling a “FU” to Trump.
Former CIA Chief John Brennan called Trump’s comments “treasonous.”
