100 block of West Sixth Street, Mansfield - A 40-year-old man told police Sunday evening that a 54-year-old woman he doesn't know walked inside his residence and wouldn't leave. She was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and drunkenness.

700 block of Fifth Avenue, Mansfield - A 38-year-old man reported Sunday night the theft of ammunition and a wallet from an unlocked vehicle. He gave police the name of a suspect.

1200 block of Park Avenue West, Mansfield - A 20-year-old woman told police Sunday night that she bought an iPhone 6 from a 38-year-old man. When she got home and tried to activate the phone, she received a message of "activation lock," an indication the phone was lost or stolen.

300 block of Orange Street, Mansfield - A 38-year-old man was issued summonses Sunday afternoon for drunkenness, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing official business. He appeared ready to fight a 42-year-old man, police said. When they intervened, he reportedly would not cooperate and screamed and cussed in an officer's face. The suspect was taken to the ground.

First block of West Sixth Street, Mansfield - A 36-year-old woman was arrested on two felony warrants out of Richland County during a traffic stop Sunday evening. A 41-year-old woman was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Ashland County. Both women also were issued summonses for consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle.

100 block of Mendota Street, Mansfield - A 23-year-old man was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop Sunday evening.

100 block of West Second Street, Mansfield - A 31-year-old woman was issued summonses for obstructing official business, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Sunday evening. She saw an officer and reportedly took off running and was caught after a short chase. She reportedly had a smoking pipe on her person and discarded a bag containing marijuana.

400 block of Holzworth Drive, Mansfield - A 41-year-old woman told police Saturday morning that her air conditioner was pushed out of her window and several items were taken from her home. 

100 block of Blymyer Avenue, Mansfield - A 50-year-old man told police Saturday that his 27-year-old daughter took care of his dog while he was in detox, but is now refusing to give the dog back to him. An officer tried to reach the woman, but she didn't answer his telephone calls. Police explained to the man how he can file theft charges through the city law director's office.

300 block of Second Avenue, Mansfield - A 36-year-old woman told police Saturday evening that "she has been receiving unwanted texts" from a 29-year-old man. She said "the texts are not threatening in nature." Officers told her a report will be on file.

First block of Lexington Avenue, Mansfield - A 39-year-old man, his 13-year-old daughter and his 15-year-old daughter told police Saturday night they were accosted by a group of at least 10 people while walking. When the girls told the group they were going to call the police, they were threatened with physical violence. One of the men in the group attacked the girls' father, but all three escaped. 

300 block of Oak Street, Mansfield - Police stopped to check on a 19-year-old woman who was walking alone very early Sunday morning. As they stopped, the woman "became nervous and placed her purse away from officers." They asked if she had anything illegal, and she "advised she had a marijuana blunt." The woman was issued a summons in lieu of arrest.

400 block of Sturges Avenue, Mansfield - Officers pulled over a 26-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man early Sunday morning after a turn-signal violation. The woman "seemed very nervous and asked repeatedly if she could leave." The officers noticed both have prior drug offenses and were from out of town, so they called a drug dog. The man admitted he had cocaine, but placed it in the woman's purse just they were being pulled over.

1100 block of Walker Street, Mansfield - A 68-year-old man told police he left a lawn mower in his lawn, for sale. When he awoke Sunday, it was gone. He told police he still had the keys, and that he made so many modifications to the mower that it would be easily recognized.

1000 block of Sunset Boulevard, Mansfield - A 78-year-old woman told police Sunday morning that when she returned home late Saturday night, people started throwing eggs at her house. She said that she "was scared and did not want to come outside." Police photographed the scene, and are investigating.

Springmill Street, Mansfield - Police pulled over a vehicle Sunday morning because records came back showing it was a suspect vehicle from a theft at a store in early June. Officers talked to the two occupants, one of whom was a 29-year-old woman who said she didn't know her social security number. The other occupant provided her name. Police learned she had an active warrant, so they arrested her.
